For your best service and for you to be fully satisfied with your order
even after receiving it.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a product you have
purchased, we will gladly accept your request and the timely return of the
product within 15 days from the date of receipt
RETURN TERMS
Returns and product changes are accepted within 15 days of receipt upon
consultation if they meet the following:
- Do not
have any engraving of your choice
- They
must not have been worn, so that the product can be found in its original
excellent condition
- The
product must be accompanied by its complete packaging without alterations
and deficiencies as well as the receipt in the condition it was sent
- You
should ensure that the return packaging is in the same condition as the
original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
- Returns
are made from Monday to Friday.
- Special
order products are not returnable
- In the
event that a product has been modified at the customer's request, you
cannot return it.
In any case, the costs of returning the product are borne by the customer!
Payment methods
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Cash on delivery. The products are sent by
courier and you pay the price upon receipt.
- Deposit to a Bank Account. You can
pay for your order by bank deposit. Your order is shipped as soon as we
confirm the deposit.
- Credit Card. through credit, debit and
prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's Alpha e
- Commerce electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a
128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a
way of encoding information until it reaches its
intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. - Payment in the store. In this
way, after you have completed your purchases and if you choose to collect
the products from the store, you pay at the cashier of the store and
receive your order.
Shipping methods
Product transport and delivery charges
MR creations can serve customers from all over Greece, Cyprus and Germany. Shipping
costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the
destination. We have made our shipping policy as fair as possible.
You can pick up your order from our store free of charge.
For shipments within Greece
For all orders worth less than €100, shipping costs for collection from a Box Now mailbox are €2*
For all orders worth less than €100, the shipping costs with ELTA courier are €4*.
For all orders the shipping costs with ACS courier are:
- for Attica and Central Greece €6
- for Island Greece €8
- for Inaccessible Areas €9
For all orders worth €100 or more, shipping costs are FREE with ELTA courier*.
If you choose cash on delivery, the costs are +2€ for all orders.
All shipments are made by ELTA Courier or ACS courier or Box Now or our own means.
Delivery times within Greece
Orders are sent from our store in most cases within 1-3 working days
except in special cases where there will be an agreement with you.
After your order has been shipped from our store, you will be notified by email
about the successful shipment of your order. The message will include the
tracking number of your order.
Orders sent by courier are delivered to the delivery address within 1-2 working
days from the day they are dispatched, except for some remote or hard-to-reach
areas for which delivery takes place within 1-3 working days.
Upon completion of your order, you will be sent an email confirming that your
order has been entered into our system. If you do not receive this email,
please contact us to confirm that your order has been correctly entered into
our system.
For shipments to Cyprus
For all orders the shipping costs are €12 *.
Payment methods are either bank deposit, PayPal or credit card.
All shipments to Cyprus are made by Greek courier.
Delivery times in Cyprus Orders are sent
from our store in most cases within 1-3 working days except in special
cases where there will be an agreement with you.
After your order has been shipped from our store, you will be notified by email
about the successful shipment of your order. The message will include the
tracking number of your order.
Orders sent by courier are delivered to the delivery address within 1-7 working
days from the day of dispatch, except for some remote or hard-to-reach areas

Product Shipping Security
As with all e-commerce businesses we are not responsible for individual items
lost in transit. The optional insurance depends on the company that carries out
the transfer (e.g. Elta courier).
