Shipping and delivery charges

MR creations serves customers throughout Greece and Cyprus. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the parcel. Our policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible. You may also pick up your order from our store at no extra charge.

For shipments within Greece

For orders under €50, the shipping cost for Box Now locker pickup is €2 for mainland Greece and €2.4 for the islands*.

For orders under €50 with ELTA Courier, the shipping cost is €4*.

For orders of €50 and above, shipping is FREE*.

If you choose cash on delivery, there is an additional €2 charge for all orders.

All shipments are carried out via ELTA Courier, Box Now, or our own delivery vehicle, depending on address and availability.

Delivery times within Greece

Orders are usually dispatched from our store within 1–3 business days, except for special cases where we will contact you in advance. After dispatch, you will receive an email confirming shipment along with your tracking number. Deliveries by courier are made within 1–2 business days from the dispatch date, except for certain remote or hard-to-reach areas where delivery is completed within 1–3 business days. When your order is placed, you will also receive an order-confirmation email; if you do not receive it, please contact us so we can confirm that your order was registered correctly.

For shipments to Cyprus

With ELTA, the shipping cost is €14.

With Box Now, the shipping cost is €9.5.

For shipments to Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

For all orders, the shipping cost is €14*. All international shipments are handled by the Hellenic Post (ELTA).

As with all e-commerce operations, we are not responsible for individual items that may be lost during transit. Optional insurance depends on the carrier’s policy (e.g., ACS, ELTA).

What is the shipping cost for Attica?

For shipments across Greece, the cost is €2 with Box Now, €4 with ELTA Courier, and €5 with ACS. Orders of €50+ ship free.

Are there cash-on-delivery fees?

Yes. The COD fee is €2 for shipments within Greece. If you pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer, no COD fee applies.

Who will deliver my order?

Our delivery partners throughout Greece are ELTA Courier, ACS Courier, and Box Now.

When will I receive my order?

Dispatch time is 1–3 business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. If delivery is not possible, the courier will leave a note with instructions for collection and contact details for your local ELTA Courier or ACS Courier branch.

Can I track my order?

On the day of dispatch you will receive a unique tracking number by email. You can track your parcel via ELTA Courier, ACS Courier, or BOX NOW.
